Lojista do Bairro Coral se unem com ação solidária
Foi pensando em ajudar quem precisa que os lojista do Bairro Coral, em Lages, colocaram uma mesa na calçada em frente à loja Lígia Maria, na Avenida Luis de Camões, para disponibilizar alimentos a serem doados.
A ideia surgiu após analisarem a necessidades das pessoas em meio à pandemia do novo coronavírus (Covid-19), em que diversas pessoas ficaram desempregadas e sem uma renda para alimentar a família.
Segundo a proprietária da loja onde está a mesa, Lígia Pagani Verdana, os lojistas e funcionários doam e instigam os clientes e colaboradores a fazerem o mesmo.
Sem restrição alguma, o alimento fica disponível para que aqueles que estão passando necessidade tenham um meio de colocar comida na mesa de suas casas. Na parede onde a mesa está encostada, há três placas com frases curtas e objetivas, uma delas cita: “Pegue somente a quantidade que você precisa”. Com o bom senso, outras pessoas podem ser beneficiadas.
Lígia comenta que tudo começou durante o período de quarentena, quando foi decretada a restrição extrema, estabelecida pelo governador, no dia 17 de março. “Durante os primeiros dias de quarentena, eu vinha aqui na loja buscar alguma coisa e percebi que alguns colegas de lojas vizinhas deixavam alimentos para o pessoal pegar nas porta de suas lojas”.
Após o retorno do comércio, no dia 13 de Abril, por meio do grupo no WhatsApp, Lígia sugeriu aos lojistas do bairro a continuarem e ampliarem a ideia. “ Escolhemos um ponto fixo para deixar os alimentos, para não ficarem espalhados. Foi aleatória a escolha da minha loja, a ideia e colaboração é de todos os lojistas daqui”, comenta.
Conforme a empresária, no início, chamou muita atenção, pessoas que iam ao comércio olhavam e em seguida retornavam, traziam um alimento para doar.
“Hoje, diminui a participação das pessoas. Mas quando vejo que está há alguns dias sem doação, eu coloco ali no grupo de WhatsApp dos lojistas e o pessoal começa a repor novamente.”
Lígia ressalta que a recomendação para quem pretende doar alimento, é que seja em pequenas quantidades, como por exemplo, pacotes de um quilo, para que mais pessoas possam adquirir.
“Diante desta situação de pandemia, e agora com o frio, devemos nos ajudar. Pedimos para que as pessoas tragam alimento e deixem ali, quem necessita, passa aqui e pega. Tem muita gente precisando em nossa cidade. E é uma tradição aqui do Bairro Coral, as pessoas se ajudarem. Aqui, todos se conhecem e somos solidários”, conclui.
