Amures e Cisama alertam sobre tentativa de golpe de cadastro de poços artesianos
A Associação dos Municípios da Região Serrana (Amures) e o Consórcio Intermunicipal Serra Catarinense (Cisama) comunicam a população da Serra Catarinense que nenhuma empresa ou pessoa está autorizada a tratar sobre perfuração de poços artesianos em nome dessas instituições.
Segundo notícia veiculada nesta quinta-feira (14) pela Rádio Clube de Lages, uma pessoa estaria se passando por colaborador da Amures e da Secretaria Municipal de Agricultura de Lages e pedindo R$ 1 mil para inscrever propriedades rurais para receber o benefício de implantação de poço artesiano.
O Programa de Implantação de Poços Artesianos iniciou esta semana a perfuração da primeira unidade no Bairro Madre Paulina, em São Joaquim. A água captada do subsolo é destinada ao abastecimento de comunidades e não propriedades isoladas.
A distribuição da água é feita de acordo com critérios dos municípios e não existe cobrança nem cadastro específico para implantar poço a uma única propriedade.
A decisão de perfuração de poço artesiano é prerrogativa do prefeito respaldada em Assembleia Geral de Prefeitos. A orientação da Amures e Cisama é denunciar à polícia qualquer pessoa que exija cobrança em dinheiro para fazer cadastro ao programa.
