Nem todos seguem as recomendações sobre isolamento social
Com a restrição para visitação a alguns pontos turísticos, em função da pandemia do novo coronavírus, principalmente nos finais de semana, algumas pessoas buscam outros locais para o lazer. Um deles é a ponte sobre o Rio Pelotas, que divide Santa Catarina e Rio Grande do Sul.
A estiagem praticamente secou o rio, que pode ser atravessado a pé, o que estimula a curiosidade da população. O problema é que, mesmo com aglomeração, a maioria não faz uso da máscara de proteção.
O médico infectologista Luiz Antonio Marcatto Ramos ressalta que mesmo em áreas abertas de circulação, o aconselhável é que todos usem máscaras. “O que tem sido observado é a permanência do novo coronavírus mais tempo em suspensão”, explica. Além disso, segundo o especialista, ao contrário do que circulam nas redes sociais, o uso de máscara não interfere com a imunidade e também, não aumenta o risco de infecção bacteriana. “Reforce o uso de máscara com o slogan; ‘Eu te protejo e você me protege’, isso é uma verdade”, acrescenta.
A assessora de Turismo da Amures e turismóloga da Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Turismo de Lages, Ana Vieira, falou sobre o regramento em vigência, especialmente em locais públicos. Ela observa que a população, muitas vezes, se concentra em praias, parques e praças ao buscar lazer. Ana alerta que a aglomeração permanece proibida, mas as pessoas já podem frequentar esses locais, observando-se as restrições e permitindo a prática de atividades físicas, conforme prevê Portaria 275/SES.
Para que haja proteção, a máscara deve cobrir todo o nariz e a boca. É que as gotículas de quem tem a Covid-19 podem transmitir a doença para outras pessoas e a barreira física evita o contágio.
A obrigatoriedade divide opiniões. Há quem concorde e quem só usa a máscara para não ser punido. Para que o decreto seja seguido rigorosamente, agentes de fiscalização do município de Lages ficam nas ruas orientando a população.
Exigência é nacional
A recomendação de uso para toda a população foi feita pelo Ministério da Saúde. Os itens podem ser feitos de tecido, desde que sejam 100% de algodão, e com duas camadas. Não há a obrigatoriedade de usar máscara na rua. “No caso da Ponte do Pelotas, que fica entre Capão Alto e Vacaria, o grupo está errado em não usar o acessório, pois existiu aglomeração e eles infringiram a Lei Estadual que o município segue”, explica Ana Vieira.
Ainda segundo a turismóloga, o empresário está preparado para receber o público, mas o público tem que estar preparado para sair de casa. “A exemplo da ponte, o público geralmente é local, mas a comunidade tem que ter este entendimento que a Serra Catarinense possui índice baixo de infectados e precisamos manter essa condição”, ao destacar que o empresário e o Poder Público são cobrados por uma postura de proteção, mas a população também tem que ser parceira. Para isso, Ana orienta o uso inclusive onde não há fiscalização.
“As pessoas transitam buscando lazer e por isso têm que ter uma dedicação e se proteger antes de sair de casa. Alguns não acreditam que aquilo que pode não impactar nela pode impactar no outro”, salienta
O que diz o decreto estadual
Art. 7º Fica estabelecida a obrigatoriedade do uso de máscara (tecido/TNTt), a partir de 20 de abril de 2020:
I – para ingresso, permanência ou desempenho de qualquer atividade em órgãos públicos ou privados;
II – para ingresso e/ou permanência nos estabelecimentos em geral;
III – Para uso de táxi, transporte por aplicativo e/ou transporte compartilhado de pessoas;
Parágrafo único. O descumprimento do disposto no regramento, poderá sujeitar ao proprietário do estabelecimento ou veículo a aplicação das infrações sanitárias e penalidades previstas na legislação sanitária vigente, sem prejuízo das demais sanções penais cabíveis.
